7:30-8- kate workout
8am- 1 cup lowfat milk with whey protein
9:30- egg/ricotta/spinach
12 - cheese stick
2pm- spring mix, 1/2 chicken breast, feta, artichoke heart, soy energy blend, dijon fat free dressing
3:45- slice of meatloaf on handful of spring mix
4:30- 1/4 cup trail mix
9- 1/2 jason's deli sandwich, 6 rice crackers with chicken salad, 2 dolmas
