9am - cheese stick
10:30- 6 almonds
12- taco salad (spring mix, 3 oz ground beef, 1/2 c corn, light ranch and green salsa)
2- 1/4 cup trail mix
3:30- 5 almonds and a prune
4:30- activia yogurt
8pm- corn tortilla with shredded pork
9pm- paella
