8:45 - egg/spinach/cottage cheese
12pm- 1/2 cup peas and half chicken breast
1pm- half chicken breast, spring mix, feta, nut/sunflower blend, fat free honey dijon dressing
2:30- 1/4 cup trail mix
4pm -cheese stick
5pm- corn tortilla w/turkey lunchmeat and cheese
6:15-7 - strength training
7:20- whey protein milk
9pm - chicken breast, mashed potatoes, brocooli
