8-8:45- walk/run
9:15- two pieces of light bread with peanut butter
11am - cheese stick
12- rotisserie chicken with feta, balsamic vinaigrette, and spring mix
3:30- 2 corn tortilla with beans, cheese and chicken
4:45- 1/4 c trail mix
5:30- peanut butter spoon
9pm - corn pasta with chicken, alfredo, mushrooms and peas
