7:45 - awake!
9:30- egg white/ricotta/spinach
11:30- spring mix with nam sod (about 1/2 cup) and 1 T peanut/tamari dressing
2pm - lettuce with 2 oz tuna and 1 T mayo (low fat)
3pm - 1/4 cup trail mix
5pm- cheese stick
9pm- meatloaf, creamed corn (bad for me but homemade :) ), 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
