7am - awake!
7:15 to 8am - walk/run
8am - gatorade with glutamine and a cheese stick
9:30- egg white/ricotta/ spinach
12- salad with 1/2 chicken breast, feta, sunflower/nut mix, artichoke heart, dijon fat free organic dresssing
2pm - 1/4 cup trail mix
3pm - cheese stick
4pm - activia 4 oz yogurt
6:30- meatloaf slice (low fat beef, low fat turkey, italian sausage, red pepper) , spring mix salad with balsamic vinegar adn olive oil, corn
8pm - 1/2 cup chocolate and vanilla ice cream (the non icky ingredients stuff though! )
